Every time that I have gone to Missie B's I've always had a good time. My favorite bartender is the cutie on the second floor. He is quite friendly and always smiling..that is a big plus for an out-of-towner. Every time that I have gone there I have been hit on by the regulars..believe me, its good to get some attention and be noticed after partying in a boring place like Omaha!!!I was at Missie B's just over a week ago and was approached MULTIPLE times by guys...noone was trashy..they all thought that I was cute and just wanted to dance....Don't let the exterior or decor detour you from this place....it looks a little trashy, but believe me, you can have a great time there!!

This bar is pretty good, great music, good shows. Great Happy hour prices... but the look of place just left me indifferent, bit trashy.

This bar has great potential... however, the staff is rude, mostly the ugly lesbian, Wendy at the main bar. One of the most horrible, rudest persons I have ever met.... However, she doesn't get fired due to the fact that she is the managers girlfriend. The drag show is annoying. The real girl in the show who does Dorothy Gale Drag is screechy and her jokes are pathetic.... who really thinks that talking breasts are funny? There are a couple of good points to the bar, outdoor patio where you can smoke, a couple of good bartenders (David Doyle, Chris Blake). One good drag queen (Connie Carlise). Not a great bar.

Not a bad bar, but there are better ones in the city.

This bar has been around for many, MANY years. The owner/manager has given tenfold back to the community for all of these years. This is the first bar visitors to Kansas City always go to first. All bars in KC are smoke free but they have a wonderful outdoor patio for smokers. Leather/Levi Upstairs which is alway HOT! Owner Michael and manager Jan are the best owners and managers in the entire Midwest!

Skip it. Not only will your car get broken into but the Police are near by to get you for DUI. The guests are ghetto and gross. SKIP IT

Looks like a flea market inside !!! Boys go to Flex or Flo's !!! It was better when Flo was there cant she go to Flex too? And the bathrooms........jeez

I really like this place! Great drag show with Dirty Dorothy on Saturday! Friendly staff and patrons. Very T-girl friendly but a very mixed crowd.

I am straight and married and have a good time everytime I go there!! Excellent Staff, Bartenders, and Drag Queens.... I do want to know if anyone knows when and where FLO's new bar is going to be???

We took a chance and ventured into Missie B's and are glad we did. Not only were we welcomed by the door man, but felt like we were regulars by the bartenders, especially Jesse! However, this bar is also filled with Fag hags that think it's fun to get drunk and be stupid in gay establishments. (Grow up bitches!) Take a chance and make a stop into Missie B's...it's a place for everyone with a wide venue.

Probably the most popular club in town, it offers a little bit of everything for everyone. There are drag shows, karoke, two dance floors, leather nights, and beer busts. A very mixed crowd -- young/old, boy/girl, gay/straight -- means there's always something interesting doing on.

This place ROCKS! Any given night of the week, it's packed, even with the No Smoking thing, big deal, they've got a GREAT Patio for that, no worries! The shows are the best, the entertainment is TOP NOTCH & WITTY! The staff is #1 & ever so friendly you'll feel at home! This is the Midwest's home to the QUEEN's of Drag! FLO & BELLE are 2nd to none! The rest of the ladies on stage there will make you think you're in Vegas in the Oasis of the Bible belt, or is that a Garter belt! lol MISSIE B'S ROCKS!

the show is the same over and over no matter what night you go. The Flo Show needs some fresh material and jokes. I have been to the club only about 10 times and I know all the material by heart now. Overall it is a great place to meet and visit in the gay community. Just get some fresh material please...

it's a gay bar. there is just a feeling the customer act like they don't know each other.

I have travelled the world (including Amsterdam, a must see Mecca trip for any gay man) and am amazed at this Gay Oasis in KC. It doesn't look like much but have been there on various weeknights and the place is always hopping with friendly hot guys. If you travel, get here
