The Redhead Lounge

This is a str8 bar that tired to cash in on the gay community. It failed and is no longer open. Not a big surprise.

I was rooting for this place when it opened, but I'm not sure it's gonna last. I mean, a cover charge to hear people sing karoke, really? This is supposed to be a lounge, but the music is so loud that you can't carry on a conversation. The space is quite nice, but they need to better define the bar and dining areas. Let's hope they get through these growing pains.

The Redhaed lounge is an amazing new addition to the Kansas City night life! The crowd is a good mix of straight and gay patrons, the show was great! the staff is friendly and drinks are reasonably priced! I will be back for sure!
