So, I was talking with a girlfriend the other day, telling her how frustrating it is to find a single gay man who is into true is not afraid of commitment,
who has no problem with intimacy and who also doesn't have a problem with talking about feelings, hopes, dreams and the future.

She said to me that her other gay male friends say the same thing.... my response was... "Well then, where the hell are these guys! Cuz I
can't find them."

So that got me thinking. How about I do a mixer with single gay guys for charity... so here I am. Setting up this group and a mixer for us, Single Gay
Men of KC. (SGMKC, I don't know, think we need a better name)

I'm in the begining planning stages and would love to get input.. for instance, What charity should we do this for... I have an idea for a venue (not in a bar)
I would like for it to be a mix and mingle type of atmosphere. Very relaxed, laid back.

I do know the following, this is for serious singles only who are looking for a possible LTR. This is not a sex party and guys who are just into hook-ups and
not serious about finding a life partner and enjoy being single and playing the field, also, guys who are already in relationships, should probobly not attend.

I know you may think this is corny and don't know if you should get involved... you should step outside your comfort zone and realize, the love of your life
may be in attendence at this gathering.... taking a chance is taking a chance on love... that's what it's all about.

Again, I'm in the planing stages and would love to hear input and advice.
