This is a great mainstay in Kansas City. We have dined there several times and everytime, everything is PERFECT ! We certainly recommend it. Just a couple of blocks from the famous Country Club Plaza and Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art.

I took my girlfriend there on a Wednesday night for our 3rd year anniversary and we both love it. We have never been there before and we read the reviews so we decided to go. We were happy about the free indoor parking for customers that led directly to a door to the restaurant. The ambience is so welcoming and the staff are so friendly and helpful. Our server was very knowledgeable with a really pleasing personality. And the FOOD....terrific. We definitely would recommend this restaurant to everyone and to our friends.

A great atmosphere (though a little loud sometimes) with candles and often live music, wonderful wine and cocktail menu, delicous hearty entrees. The macaroni and cheese is famous. On the down side, the service is horrible on week-ends. They just can't manage the crowds. I waited an hour for my table, and I had a reservation. People get so drunk and loud waiting to be seated that dinner becomes a shouting match.

A wonderful, friendly, and intimate dining and drinking experience. Please be aware that they will be opening a new location at 47th & Main during Oct 2008. Current location will then be a Martini & Tapas Bar until lease runs out(1 yr).

A hidden spot in midtown. A great date place with live music. I've had many wonderful visits and have come to know the staff and owners. At the top of Kansas City dining!
