Classics Uncorked

For more than two centuries, Vienna was indisputably the musical capital of the world, attracting the best of the best and setting the bar by which all music and musicians were measured. This program features Viennese music in all of its brilliance, including the rousing first movement of Beethoven’s Eighth Symphony, Johann Strauss’ Emperor Waltzes and the grand finale of Brahms’ Second Symphony. Tickets are only $25 and include a glass of wine or champagne after the concert, when you can mingle with Symphony musicians in the Kauffman Center’s Brandmeyer Great Hall lobby.
